Buy our house; relieve my stress!!!

As most of you know, we are trying to sell our home.  It's been on the market a little less than a month and we have had a little interest; we really wanted to have the sale in progress before we start building the new home out in the country (and fyi, I'm still FREAKED at the thought of well water and a septic system!).  

One man came through 2 weeks ago and is supposed to be bringing his wife in from Wisconsin to see it again... where are they?  Another family went through last week and they just called and are coming through tomorrow!  WAHOO!  The realtor wanted to know if we could be out by July 1.  Yikes.  But the answer is "yes", of course.  So, the showing with them is tomorrow evening... fingers crossed!!!!

Max is VERY sad about moving.  He thinks that means we leave our stuff here and is upset someone else will get his toys, and more importantly, his Wii.  I know it will be very hard for him to not live on a great cul-de-sac like this and play with his friends every night though; we'll have to make a lot of effort to come over and play and have his friends over when we move.
