Thursday was "Someone Special" day at Max's preschool. He chose to take Daddy. Chris got to go to his class and participate in fun activities with Max and his classmates. After Max introduced Daddy to the class (saying he chose his dad because they "play with my cat together"), they read a book, had a snack, took a picture, made and exchanged pasta necklaces (done in a pattern, of course-- math!), created handprints on paper and more! Max was very proud to have his dad there!
One other cute project they did at school last month was making a friendship t-shirt. All the kids brought in a white tee and wrote their names in marker on the front. The teacher then used puffy paint to trace their names and draw a big sun on the back, along with the date. It's so cute. Max wrote his name in yellow, his favorite color...

I love the shirt! Such a cute idea. And the pics of Chris and Max are adorable. Did they match on purpose, mom?
HA! Nope! Chris is KING VEST. He wears them all the time. And he got dressed AFTER Max so if it was planned, it was all his doing!
